Hi, I'm Stasy!
I am a Pilates instructor. I live and work in London.

My mission is to popularize Pilates and educate people about conscious movement for health. My clients are both experienced sports enthusiasts who have tried a lot and decided to stop on a rational approach to the body, as well as newcomers who want to be in shape, but are not ready to break themselves in the gym, preferring a thoughtful and safe approach.

In my youth I was engaged in professional sports — modern pentathlon and fencing. After which I tried all kinds of activity, from extreme sports, to dancing and yoga. In pursuit of a perfect body in fitness clubs, I lost the main goal of training — improving well-being. Old injuries also made themselves felt. Then I discovered Pilates and decided to change not only my life, but also the life of other people, having learned to be a instructor.

At the moment I am actively teaching in London, as well as online. I'm ready to share my experience and help you not only look, but also feel great!

  • Equipment
    You don't need any special equipment, I'll provide anything you need.
  • Individual plan
    Program as unique as you. If you prefer intense exercise, we will sweat. If your goal is to reduce stress, we will focus on relaxing the tightened muscles and breathing.
  • Smooth start
    During the first few classes, we will focus on techniques and get to know the basics. I will brake down each movement and correct your form so that you can get best results.
  • Feedback
    I'm always in touch in between workouts. I'm here to chat or answer any questions and provide homework if you wanted.
  • Going deeper
    In each class you will learn more about your body, its capabilities and desires. Pilates classes are
    a process of knowing oneself and developing in all areas at once — body, spirit and mind.

Regular classes with me will teach you how to control your body, which will allow you to safely train on your own in the future.
